It’s good to have a continuous learning mindset in life, to stay updated with new things around us, lead a better life, upgrade your skills, coach the younger ones in your family.

In this story, I would like to share a few resources that I personally use to stay updated in life, this list evolves every 3–6months… but worth sharing, my current guiding forces.

Podcasts

If you regularly workout (gym / walk / running) & listen to music, consider listening podcasts for couple of days in the week, it would help you acquire some new concepts, ideas, next book to read etc., Few interested shows across different categories that I have subscribed to:

Blogs

Blog posts provides you a sneak peek into a concept / knowledge that could help you in researching further, pickup a book on that topic. Below are a couple of thoughtful / researched story telling blogs (includes a combination of business management, entrepreneurship).

Courses

If you have identified your interests / topic to take a deep dive, you should consider doing a short duration courses that can be done at your own pace. Listed down are a couple of free, freemium & paid course apps.

Books

Instead of sharing specific book recommendation, let me list down a few sources that would open up your horizon / view to available knowledge out for you to acquire:

  • https://blas.com/ — contains a visual library of the best books across categories & you can view the key take aways from each of the book, go ahead & buy to eBook / physical book if it excites you.
  • https://www.sloww.co/almanack-naval-ravikant/ — another good site that gives a good brief of the books, check the link for Naval Ravikant book, I would recommend that you buy the eBook, it’s worth.
  • https://openlibrary.org/ — millions of titles are available to read online, if you like any of them consider buying the book
  • https://www.getabstract.com/ — feeling a bit lazy to read the whole book or prefer to hear a quick abstract before you buy? use getAbstract’s iOS / Android app to listen abstracts of some of the best books.

Business Focus, Researched Articles

If you are in leadership position & would like to stay ahead of the competition or be informed, consider subscribing to paid content creation portals

  • https://the-ken.com/— they write some nice in-depth / well researched articles on success factors for a business / startup, and also write critical articles on insanely valued startups!
